A&M Manufacturing (fiberglass pontoon boats), ICS (construction/millwork) and Glenn Harris (architect) have teamed up to bring (3) houseboat designs to market. These designs bridge the gap between the live-aboard and short term rental markets as their quality and versatile designs serve both markets equally well.

This team’s ground-breaking work on “water code” is paving the way for floating villages of 50-100 themed houseboats that will rival any in the world. With the utmost of sensitivity to all stakeholders involved (private/local municipal/state/federal/environmental requirements) they are creating a solution to provide housing in areas that have saturated their “on land” capability to expand and build.

Located on the former Hunter Marine campus (38 acres/210,000sq.ft) acquired by A&M Manufacturing in 2021, this joint venture has the (3) listed stock models ……with the engineering and architectural capability to build other fleet orders to suit.
